Extensive experience in managing freelance photographers, other agencies, vendors, off-line production, executive production, casting, location scouting and creative teams such as fashion stylists, make-up artists, hair stylists, set designers, retouchers etc., super production occasionnaly also produces TV commercials and institutional films.
As an art buyer super production will :
Ensure that all suggested talent (photographer, director, motion grapher, art director etc) style and resources are identified to successfully meet client expectations and budget.
Conduct project scoping & sizing, and estimate pricing.
Negotiate talent fees, copyrights, production & postproduction costs.
Interface with talent, his agent and team members and the client, to ensure that the solutions are elegant and address the customer’s strategy and business requirements.
Oversee third party relationships such as talents and production and post-production companies, including developing competitive bids, identifying work deliverables, managing deliverable formats and deadlines.
Manage project scope and validation process to ensure that projects complete according to schedule and within budget.
Coordinate with account, finance, and client teams.
Ensure that all project deliverables are produced in a suitable format, conform to internal documentation processes and are reviewed and approved prior to review by and delivery to the client.
Structure and support the overall vision of the project.
